The Woodlands By Lennar

The Woodlands is one of the newest Lakewood Ranch communities to be built by Lennar. This community will encompass 545 acres and feature over 1500 homes. The Woodlands will be a gated community that will be built in two phases.

Amenities to include a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, and outdoor park areas.

Ground will be broken in the first half of 2019 with home sales beginning the fourth quarter of 2020.
